The City is seeking qualified organizations to provide the curriculum, staffing, and budget for an eight (8) week program during one (1) designated day of the week. Vendors should have competency in providing a youth orientated program related to one of the areas of interest listed below. Vendors should demonstrate successful past performance in providing such programs. The goal of the Summer in the City program (SITC) is to provide placemaking and engagement opportunities for youth during the summer break from school, to prevent and eliminate violence and improve youth well-being by addressing the multiple factors that increase risk of violence and factors that buffer against risk and promote positive youth development and well-being.
