1. The scope of work involves furnishing all of the required labor, materials, equipment, implements, parts and supplies necessary for, or appurtenant to 2025 Rainbow Falls Leisure Pool Filter Pump Replacement Bid, in accordance herewith and in accordance with the plans, specifications and drawings and any authorized change orders there to which have been signed by both parties hereto, and which are hereby incorporated herein by reference. 2. Remove, Furnish and install new Vertical Turbine Pump and Motor for Leisure Pool Filter (Pump Room) must be identical to the existing pump and motor specifications. ● Requires CONFINED SPACE ENTRY to disconnect the suction strainer and suction pipe. ● Suction pipe carefully removed and re-used ● Surge Pit drained by EGPD, prior to start of any service ● Filter Pump and Motor Replacement per specifications on p36 3. The Contractor shall commence work following notice to proceed on/or after Monday, September 15, 2025 and perform all work on a regular full-time basis during weekdays until final completion.
