The vendor shall provide a bus that meet minimum specifications of a Thomas Safe-T-Liner conventional bus one (1) 66 passenger with wheelchair lift on a 277" wheelbase or a Blue Bird RE Conventional Bus on a 273" wheelbase or equivalent models. The buses shall also be required to have the following specifications. Driver seat to be air ride seat, with twin arms. Must have a minimum of 28" driver seat knee space. Separate drivers dome light switch. Must have a sun visor. Tilt/telescoping steering wheel. Cup holder for the driver. Radio and speakers thru bus with controls. Two electric fans for front windows. Remote control side mirrors European Style heated. Overhead storage in drivers' compartment. Must have at minimum 2 air conditioning units Must have at minimum 2 heating units. Engine block heater. 5 or 6 speed automatic Allison 3000 Series with synthetic fluid or equivalent. Water pump for heaters. Heated fuel and water separator. 1,2.1.17 Auxiliary coolant heater. Roll out battery tray. One (1) bus, 66 passenger, shall be equipped with a wheelchair lift and be modified to accommodate one (1) wheelchair. Air suspension.
