Bresnan Meeting Center Janitorial Scope of Work Building address: 706 Kenwood Rd., Champaign, Illinois Minimum time requested on site for cleaning per visit – Three (3) hours. Bresnan shall be cleaned three (3) days per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, beginning after 5:00 pm CST. The building’s meeting room will be occupied on no more than two Wednesdays per month beginning at 5:30 pm for a public meeting. The remainder of the building shall be cleaned during those Wednesdays, during that time. The Park District will provide all disposable washroom supplies including toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, sanitary napkin bin liners and trash can liners. The Park District will also provide broom, dustpan, mop and mop bucket.
