The Contractor shall provide data collection, analysis, and documented with an Environmental Assessment to ensure NEPA compliance in accordance with 36 CFR 220.7 The Contractor shall provide the analysis necessary to inform those findings. Work will include contact with ODF and Forest Service personnel, preparation of scoping documents, analysis of scoping comments, analysis of relevant environmental effects, maintenance of the project record, and preparation of the Decision Notice (DN). Fieldwork will be necessary to support the environmental analysis. Work also includes project tasks and required meetings listed below. Contractor shall provide any and all qualified personnel, transportation, labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, permits, licenses, and incidentals not provided as U.S. Government furnished property, that are necessary to collect field data and complete the analysis documents. Work also includes all specified Deliverables to be provided in the form and at the times specified in this Section 5 – Deliverables and Deadlines for Project Works.
