1. Remove and properly dispose of the existing building (house, foundation, concrete pads, walkways (front, sides and rear of house). Remove all junk, debris, trash, concrete, shrubs, bushes, trees against foundation. In addition: 2. Remove and properly dispose of the driveway on northside of the house leading to the front of the detached garage. 3. Cap the sewer. Remove any retired/unused sewer piping. 4. Recycle any non-compactible bricks and concrete. 5. Clear lots of all improvements and debris to include removal of all: foundation material, basement walls, concrete slabs, footings, cisterns, porch steps, bushes, shrubs, garbage, refuse and debris. 6. THOROUGHLY MIST OR FOG ALL MATERIALS TO KEEP ADEQUATELY WET DURING DEMOLITION, LOADING, AND HAULING If temperature is below 32 degrees misting is not required. (Document temperature) 7. Backfill all excavated areas with approved clean clay soil and compact in 12-inch lifts all below grade excavations in an approved method. Preparation, backfilling, and compaction shall be in accordance with Technical Specifications.
