This Request for Proposals is to establish Price Contract(s) for Full-Service Printing for Eastern Kentucky University, Richmond, Kentucky. The resultant contract(s) will establish full-service printing from qualified and experienced companies to provide prepress, proofing, printing, finishing/binding, and any other printing needs while also providing excellent customer service that is dedicated to the University’s print needs. It is the University’s intent to award multiple contracts from this Request for Proposal, although it reserves the right to award a single contract, or no contracts. Awarded contract(s) will be non-exclusive. The University cannot estimate and specifically does not guarantee the Successful Offeror(s) any particular number of orders or projects. The Successful Offeror(s) will be required to fulfill all the requirements of the contract regardless of number of orders or projects.
