Contractor will provide complete cleaning services, including all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment to clean contracted facilities according to Institution Cleaning Standards and Frequencies. Contractor will maintain professional management operations, including but not limited to, efficient delivery of services, professional training of staff, adequate staffing levels to meet work deadlines and provide professional customer service. Contractor will provide invoices at the conclusion of services. For business purposes, any work completed before June 30th, will need to be billed separately from work completed after July 1st. After each year of the Contract, the Service Fee shall be negotiated by an amount agreed upon by the Institution and Contractor. Institution will provide Contractor with storage space, access to the internet and the use of other facility space, as warranted. Storage space must be kept clean and all chemicals/cleaning products stored appropriately and according to law.
