1) Contractor will provide general technical consultation and support to the HISC support program and HBIN team. 2) Contractor will maintain and provide regular communication with HBIN team members, the HISC program manager and any other relevant members of HISC program support. 3) Contractor will establish the general technical framework, technical requirements, and data management processes for technical projects. Coordinates development and implementation of standards and practices for data management and data reporting. 4) Contractor will provide and ensure web application design and usability; testing and quality assurance; deployment and implementation; and user support. 5) Contractor will ensure the maintenance of existing products to their current professional standard. 6) Contractor will conduct a full review of the existing products, and develop, in collaboration with HISC and HBIN team members, a biannual work plan that defines the major technical tasks and proposed new application features for that time period.
