The Contractor must provide and place sixty-one (61) contractor-owned Front Load Dumpsters at ten (10) specified County sites. The sites are for citizens to dispose of their mixed paper and corrugated packaging products. Required Dumpster Specs: 10yd can with cardboard slot and gravity locking lids. See picture and list of locations with quantity of required bins at each site. 1.2 Contractor must perform the Service of emptying each container at the ten (10) sites. The hauler must transport the collected fiber to the Hall County Recycling Center located at 1008 Chestnut Street SE, Gainesville, GA 30501, four (4) days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Contactor will need to provide service on ALL Holidays as the Compactor sites are closed only one day a year, Christmas Day, with the possibility of modified hours on holidays. Hall County Holidays are as listed: New Year’s Day, MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. 1.3 Contractor is prohibited from collecting other customers’ trash along with the County’s fiber material to prevent load contamination. 1.4 The Contractor shall supervise and direct the work professionally and provide all daily and continuous attention necessary for such proper supervision and direction. Daily driver logs must be kept by Contractor and may be subject to audit. 1.5 The Contractor will work with County staff to establish and maintain consistent and predictable pick-up schedules.
