A. The Contractor shall propose and implement, upon acceptance by a City designated Contract Representative, a comprehensive Preventative Maintenance program for ADOs that shall occur on a quarterly basis. The PM Program shall list the steps, techniques, procedures, and methods the Contractor shall implement for the Preventative Maintenance of ADOs. The proposal shall include sufficient detail to provide FCM with confidence in the Contractor's technical competence in the maintenance of ADOs and so that FCM may evaluate the thoroughness of the proposed procedures. The procedures shall be of such a scope to ensure that the reliable and continual operation of the ADOs between each PM Service. The Contract shall implement any changes to the PM program upon the request of an FCM Representative. B. A PM Schedule: 1. The PM Schedule shall commence during the first full calendar month after the effective date of the Contract, with the PM Schedule month - Month 1, being the first, and Months 2 & 3 occurring consecutively thereafter. The Schedule shall be repeated each quarter. The City may, at its discretion, defer or otherwise reschedule PM Services at any location/door. The Contractor shall adhere to any rescheduling initiated by the City. 2. A PM Schedule of work on all doors are subject to maintenance as follows, but not limited to: a. Sensors/Activation, Breakout force/operation, b. Tightening of all screw, arms and hardware, c.
