Work may consist of assisting and advising the Housing Authority of Cook County on property management and lease enforcement issues, including, but not limited to: 1.) Rent collection; 2.) Lease terminations and evictions; 3.) Fair housing compliance; 4.) Interacting with tenants; 5.) Representing the Authority in grievance hearings, mediation sessions and in court proceedings, including but not limited to, eviction and bankruptcy cases; 6.) Following through with the vacating of units and execution of Court eviction orders through the Cook County Sheriff’s Office (including disposal of personal property) and, 7.) Collections efforts resulting from terminations and/or evictions. 8.) Periodic reporting to the General Counsel and other officers of the Housing Authority
