1. Lay down the GlasGrid fabric between the leveling course and surface course as directed by the Kahului Airports’ (OGG) Open End Paving Contractor. Paving contractor will provide the tack coat between layers. 2. Bidder will coordinate schedule and placement of the GlasGrid or approved equal during night paving operations by the OGG Open End Paving Contractor. 3. Bidder must have all required AOA badging and equipment licenses for people and trucks to operate within the Kahului Airport AOA. Bidder must also meet all safety requirements and procedures for operation in AOA. 4. General a. Bidder will upload their completed Bid Proposal form into the HIePRO system no later than 12:00pm on March 28, 2025. Failure to upload their Bid Proposal form into HIePRO by the deadline will cause the bid to be rejected. b. Bidder will be responsible for coordination of the schedule and placement of the GlasGrid or equal during night paving operations by the OGG Open End Paving Contractor. c. The Bidder shall re-execute any work that fails to conform to the requirements of the purchase order agreement and shall immediately remedy any defects due to faulty workmanship by the Bidder. Should the Bidder fail to comply, the State reserves the right to engage the services of another company to perform the services and to deduct such costs from monies due to the Bidder. d. There shall be no overnight storage of materials, vehicles or equipment at Kahului Airport.
