1. Provide all equipment, tools, labor, transportation and all else necessary to complete the work in this agreement. 2. Perform the work to the satisfaction of the DNR Site Manager. 3. Work shall be performed from May 5, 2025 through September 30, 2025. 4. Clean up all litter, branches, and other debris at the site(s) a minimum of once every 14 days. 5. Litter shall be disposed of in accordance with MPCA rules and regulations. 6. Maintain a grass height of 4 in the mowed area, including a band, up to one mower width around the parking lot and each entire island. Contact the DNR Site Manager for questions or clarification regarding these mowing boundaries. a. Mowing should not occur if grass is less than 4 inches during dry seasons. 7. Weed whip all vegetation around each sign, post, boulders, and parking bumpers. 8. Prevent the induction or movement of invasive species. 9. Maintain a log sheet noting the dates of each site visit. Completed log sheets MAY be requested by site manager. 10. Report storm damage, other needed repairs (i.e. dock concerns), and missing signs to the Project Supervisor. 11. Report problems such as vandalism and overnight camping to the Project Supervisor.
