The contractor will remove and replace existing butterfly valves and pneumatic valve actuators for the fish elevator system at Bonneville Hatchery. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of one 6” and two 12” butterfly valves along with their corresponding pneumatic valve actuators. The replacement valves and actuators will be installed in a like-for-like manner. The valves are located in a valve pit that is approximately 5’ deep and 5.5’ wide. Valve and Actuator Specs: • Two-twelve-inch butterfly, wafer style and one-six-inch butterfly wafer style valves, with cast iron/ductile iron body, stainless steel shaft and valve disk material with seal material suitable for 45-55 degree clean well water. • Three-pneumatic actuators with proximity switches indicating open or closed status.
