Pittsfield Work Camp is seeking to procure a three (3) year contract to perform repair and maintenance on one passenger elevator on an as needed basis. The objective of the State is to keep the elevator functioning efficiently and in compliance with all state and agency standards. 1.2. SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED: 1.2.1. Vendor will provide all labor, tools, parts and equipment as well as testing and transportation necessary to perform repair and maintenance on the Otis, LRV, 432875, hydraulic, passenger, 2100 lb capacity, 125 fpm speed elevator at Pittsfield. 1.2.2. Vendor will perform all services and reporting in compliance with NFPA 13 and 72 standards and manufacturer’s recommendations. 1.2.3. Vendor shall be certified and licensed. 1.2.4. Vendor shall furnish all repair and replacement parts. Parts furnished shall be matched to the manufacturer’s published requirements. Instruction labels are to be replaced as needed during inspection. 1.2.5. All materials provided by the Vendor shall be new, unless otherwise stipulated, and compliant with applicable manufacturer’s specifications. 1.2.6.
