The State of Vermont Department of Public Safety is seeking bids for the following (Bidders please note – No substitutions will be accepted) 2.1.Quantity one (1) STAHL Service Truck Body with Canopy Top which will be installed on a State owned Dodge 5500 chassis that meets or exceeds the following requirements: 2.1.1.TYPE: 2.1.1.1. New-latest model at time of delivery. Please provide the latest literature and model of equipment specified. 2.1.2.USAGE: 2.1.2.1. To be installed on 2025 or 2026 (Dodge Ram Crew Cab 5500 4x4) chassis 84” CA by vendor 2.1.3.GENERAL: 2.1.3.1. The equipment must be of rugged design and construction throughout 2.1.3.2. Canopy top, compartments, and enclosures must be weather tight to keep stored items dry 2.1.3.3. Equipment must meet or exceed all applicable federal and Vermont laws and regulations in force at the time of delivery. The equipment and truck must be completely Vermont State Inspected prior to delivery. 2.1.4.BODY: 2.1.4.1. Body Construction/Material – Steel or Aluminum. 2.1.4.1.1.
