The City of Minneapolis seeks a qualified entity to conduct a comprehensive fee study. This fee study will include all fees on the 2025 License Fee Schedule, the Director’s Fee Schedule, Environmental Programs Fee Schedule, Fire Inspections Fee Schedule, Parking and Mobility Services Fee Schedule. The fee study is meant to respond to the Council’s legislative directive and inform staff recommendations for updates to the license fee schedule. In order to allow City staff time to assess whether fee changes are warranted, the study should be completed by the end of June 2025 (date is subject to be changed). The fee study related to the Pollution Control Annual Registration fees should be completed first, with a deadline of April 1 (date is subject to be changed) to comply with legislative requirements. A final report is due back to the Minneapolis City Council no later than August 1 (date is subject to be changed).
