MDOT SHA seeks to engage a qualified contractor to deliver Accountability Training to its supervisors and managers. The training program will be designed to enhance leadership skills, foster a culture of accountability, and improve team performance. Each of 3 groups of up to 20 employees will participate in training sessions no longer than three days in duration. The selected contractor will be responsible for the design, delivery, instructor and all materials of this training. The primary objectives of the Accountability Training for supervisors and managers are to create a comprehensive training experience that equips supervisors and managers with the tools and mindset to foster a culture of accountability within their teams.
