The City of O’Fallon, Missouri is accepting sealed bids for the analyses of drinking water from the O’Fallon, Missouri Water Distribution System. • Total Coliform/E. Coli test will be performed on each sample. 18- or 24-hour test will be required. Specific turnaround time for test will be determined at the time the sample is delivered. • Bids must include sample preparation fees for all appropriate testing and all supplies needed for appropriate testing. • Testing results can be sent electronically via email and by telephone to the contact identified with the sample. • Samples will be delivered by City of O’Fallon staff. • The lab must have means to take in samples on weekends, holidays, and after-hours. • If the company’s lab service site is located within a 40-minute drive from 401 S. Cool Springs Rd., O’Fallon MO 63366, then the City will not make any adjustment to the bids (when evaluating them) based on travel times for our drivers. But, if the company’s lab service site falls outside of the 40-minute drive, the City will consider how the City’s drive time to the location affects the overall value of the bid.
