Summit County is soliciting proposals for a cloud hosted or on-premise Software solution for the Assessor and Treasurer’s Office, the solution and its required components and services for Summit County, in the State of Colorado. 1. Collection of real property data - such as sales, land information, building information, sketches, photos, and permits - and maintenance of real property information for valuations. 2. Collection of personal property data - such as asset lists, owned assets, and inventory - and maintenance of personal property information for valuations, including ability to calculate appraised values for tangible and intangible personal property in accordance with appropriate depreciation schedules 3. All data that affects property status, classification, value, and ownership is maintained in the assessor system. This includes both taxable and exempt properties. 4. All schedule (parcel) related location information must be maintained in the assessor system. 5. Generate new parcels from plats, annexations, splits, merges.
