1.2.1. Services will include, but are not limited to: repair and maintenance of commercial kitchen appliances on a time and material basis; equipment includes, but is not limited to: hotdog rollers, deep fryers, blenders, coffee makers, espresso machines, dishwashers, commercial toasters, can openers, commercial ovens, commercial fryers, steam wells, convection ovens etc. at any and all existing and new Northern Nevada Business Enterprises of Nevada (BEN) locations. 1.2.2. Removing the equipment from the location for repairs/service is not preferred; the Division recognizes there is an occasional need to repair/service off-site and situations will be managed on a case-by-case basis. All equipment must be returned to normal working order after maintenance, cleaning, inspection, etc. All areas shall be returned to their normal operating condition after maintenance/inspection and/or repairs have been completed. 1.2.3. Request to repair and/or replace parts shall be approved in advance by BEN staff prior to any actual work being performed by the Vendor. Parts and materials shall be invoiced not to exceed 25% above vendor’s cost. The State reserves the right to request the Vendor supply the State with invoices from suppliers documenting the Vendor’s cost.
