The vendor will perform the following tasks as part of the contract: 3.2. Marketing and Promotion Tools: 3.2.1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement SEO strategies to ensure the platform ranks high in search engine results for relevant keywords related to Dream Tags, RES, and hunting in Nevada. 3.2.2. Targeted Advertising and Campaigns: Integrate tools for targeted digital marketing campaigns, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools, specifically aimed at hunters and outdoor enthusiasts. 3.2.3. Social Media Integration: Allow the platform to integrate with social media channels for easy sharing of Dream Tag and RES purchasing options, encouraging users to spread the word about the platform. 3.3. E-commerce Marketing and Sales Responsibilities E-commerce Marketing: The vendor will manage and implement marketing campaigns to promote both the Resource Enhancement Stamp (RES) and Dream Tag. This includes digital advertising, social media marketing, email campaigns, and other E-commerce strategies aimed at increasing awareness and sales. 3.3.1 Invoicing and Payment Process: The vendor will invoice NDOW for marketing activities performed and submit invoices in a timely manner. NDOW will verify the activities and, once confirmed, approve and make payments for the invoiced amounts. The vendor will act as the sole entity responsible for selling the RES. All RES fees will be processed through the vendor’s platform and directed to the Community Foundation’s bank account.
