PROPOSALS FOR: (C. D. REHABS) 2210 S. 14th Street, 1115 S. 15th Street and 2621 S. 15th Street. Contractors: Shall remove all trash and debris resulting from their work. The following work listed is specific and shall be done in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and procedures and/or present city adopted codes and ordinances. Roof: Strip the roof off to the sheathing and install synthetic underlayment or ice shield as needed, with a minimum Class 3 laminated architectural shingle with a minimum 20-year warranty, low profile vents, colored flashings, valley, pipe boots. The homeowner shall select the shingle color. Chimney: Take the brick chimney down into the attic about 2’ below the ridge and install 4" diameter double wall bvent, flashing and storm collar. Terminate the rain cap approximately 3' above the ridgeline.
