The services to be provided by the Firm under contract include, but are not limited to the following: • Provide software and project support to assess the condition of the City’s Arterial and Local sidewalk system, including 340 miles and 860 miles of each, respectively. Data anticipated to include: o Assessment of surface distresses of the sidewalk system, as well as be able to measure and rank sidewalk and ADA curb ramp conditions. o Condition assessment data must include dimension elements, i.e., sidewalk width, sidewalk cross slope, dimension and slopes of the various elements of ADA ramps and presence of detectable warning that meets current standards (truncated domes). • The Firm will also be required to provide data quality control services for the collected dataset. The final data set must be geospatially available and compatible with the City’s existing Esri GIS software systems. • The selected Firm must provide ongoing software troubleshooting and support during the term(s) of the contract. • The software must be available on a mobile based application, and City staff must be able to use the mobile application to collect data. It is not intended for the selected Firm to perform the data collection.
