1. The Service Provider shall be responsible for the coordination and the delivery of goods and services to program participants, to include: Kittens chosen by the Service Provider suited to the fostering program; kitten care training; veterinary care; and all materials, such as food, medications; petsafe cleaning supplies, litter box; litter, pet carrier, etc. 2. The Service Provider shall provide weekly wellness checks of the kittens and continued support of participants caring for the kittens. 3. The Service Provider shall be responsible for measuring, tracking, and recording the health of the kittens. 4. Should kittens require emergency veterinary care outside of WCCC, the Service Provider shall make the determination. If the Service Provider is unavailable for transport for emergency veterinary care, the DCR shall determine availability of staff who have voluntarily agreed to support the pilot program. 5. The Service Provider shall be responsible for determining when kittens are eligible for adoption into homes and be responsible for transporting kittens from WCCC.
