A. The selected Vendor(s) shall be responsible for final quantities, dimensions, and adequate connections and details of all specified items for satisfactory completion of the job. Selected Vendor(s) shall schedule site visits, as required, to verify all site conditions and dimensions prior to ordering the product. Any discrepancies between plans and specifications must be brought to the attention of the Designer prior to proceeding with orders or installations. B. The selected Vendor(s) shall submit the following within ten (10) days after awarding of Bid: a. Shop Drawings: i. Provide Shop Drawings of custom furniture. ii. Shop Drawings shall be approved and signed by the Owner and/or Specifier before Vendor may proceed with the placement of order. Approval by Owner and/or Specifier is for design intent only and does not relieve the Vendor(s) of responsibility for errors and omissions and complete compliance with the Contract Documents. b. Samples: i. Provide sample of fabric/finishes selected 1. Clearly mark each sample with the following information: a. Furniture Item Code b. Manufacturer c. Finish and/or Fabric Code Type ii. Samples shall be approved and signed by the Owner and/or Specifier before Vendor may proceed with the placement of order.
