Samples: 1) Color swatch samples are to be provided if bidding on any of the items. Colors that are displayed on a monitor may vary depending on the settings. By providing color swatches, the colors can be compared to the colors we typically use at CSD. These sample colors will be evaluated to ensure they meet the color or colors needed for our schools. 2) Any specific item bid and is not accompanied by a sample will be deemed nonresponsive. 3) Samples will be sent to: Canyons School District Purchasing Department ATTN: Michelle McCombs 9361 S. 300 E., Ste. 217 Sandy, UT 84070 4) Samples must be labeled with solicitation number, brand name and company sending the sample. 5) Samples must be delivered by the bid due date and time or they will not be considered for evaluation. 6) Samples will be evaluated by a CSD committee and will not be returned.
