Vendor shall provide all labor, tools, test equipment, and materials to comprehensively perform routine scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, repairs, and emergency services for manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts. Models include but are not limited to: Dayton Ride-On Electric Pallet Jack – Model Number 2LEB8 & 2LEB9; Big Joe Electric Pallet Jack – Model Number E2221919; Yale Forklift – Model Number GL050RGE85.4; Landoll Bendi Series 3 B30 Forklift – Model B30/42E – 180D; Ekko Electric Stacker – Model Number EB16EAS-189LI; Noblelift Electric Pallet Jack – Model PTE45N; Various standard Pallet Jack models; Services will be performed on the following but not limited to: hydraulic system, engine, fluids, battery, body (mast, load backrest, tilt cylinder, carriage, counterweight, chassis), propane lines and connectors, steering, tires, wheels, forks, braking system, pads, rotors, lines, lights, safety measures (electrical, overhead guard, seat). The Vendor shall make repairs and perform preventative maintenance as requested to do so by a Supply Supervisor or appointed designee.
