1. PORTABLE RESTROOM (Unit) SPECIFICATIONS 1.1 The Contractor must supply standard, and ADA approved portable toilets as needed, constructed of a polyurethane type of material. 1.2 Each unit must be of a self-contained design. 1.3 Each unit must include hand sanitizer and dispenser. 1.4 Each toilet must have a toilet seat and lid. 1.5 Entrance door must be equipped with self-closing lockable spring latch device and locking mechanism that indicates if the unit is vacant or occupied. 1.6 Each unit must have a minimum of two (2) full rolls of toilet paper with dispenser(s). 1.7 Each unit must have a partial or whole translucent roof to allow light in. 1.8 Each unit must have proper ventilated screens placed a minimum of seventy-two inches (72”) off the ground to assure privacy. 1.9 Each unit must have a non-slip floor. 1.10 Each unit must be provided with a minimum of one (1) urinal. 1.11 All units must have listed, at the entries, the name, address and telephone number of the servicing company. 1.12 All units must be of clean appearance on the exterior and within the interior upon delivery.
