Contractor to provide tree removal, underbrush removal and basil stem treatment services on US 50 WB beginning at MP 1.14 (@drainage Structure/Median Guardrail) westward approximately 1500 ft to MP .84 prior to the MD 610 (Whaleyville Road crossover) in Worcester County. These services include: Cut and remove all on-site trees and limbs to ground level. Cut and remove all the underbrush. Basil stem treatment of all cut stumps by applying herbicide directly to the stump surface. Contractor must be a DNR Tree Expert license Provide all equipment, tools, labor, fuels, etc. to perform the services in a safe manner. Contractor must adhere to DNR, MDE, MDA, and MOSH/OSHA guidelines. Clean the area of all debris upon completion of work. All work to be performed during the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm – M-F The Contractor shall make available all necessary equipment to perform the brush and tree removal activities and other services. This may include but not be limited to: Pick-up truck Hydraulic lift or bucket truck able to reach full canopy or height of cut Logging truck
