a. Approximately 2,200 SF of site work, which includes removing existing topsoil, and installing 6” of SHA approved CR-6 aggregate. CR-6 aggregate to be calculated under Unit Price #1. b. Design/ build a 32’ x 64’ x 16’ pole type building with a 4/12 roof pitch and 1’ overhangs on all sides and include gutters and downspouts. c. The Pole Building shall be constructed using GreenPost post protection system. d. The Pole Building shall have two (2) 12’ x 14’ overhead doors with operators, located on one Gable end. Also included are two (2) 3’- 0” personnel doors. e. The Pole Building shall have one (1) 32’x64’x6” concrete floor, two (2) 4’x4’x4” concrete pads at personnel doors, and one (1) 3’x30’x6” apron across the front of the overhead doors on the gable end. f. The Design Build drawings shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer, licensed in the state of Maryland, and be approved by the DNR Project Manager. g. The Contractor shall provide DNR with a copy of the As- Built drawings, in PDF format. h. Restoration of the site to pre-construction condition, including grading, seeding, and mulching all disturbed areas. i. Removal and proper disposal of all debris off state property. j. Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining Subsurface exploration and Geotechnical Consultation by a testing company licensed in the State of Maryland for the building site. The Geotechnical testing shall include two (2) Standard Penetration Test (SPT) borings at the footprint of the proposed building. Test results are to include recommendations for site preparation and foundation type and capacity. Copies of test results shall be submitted to the Project Manager prior to start of construction.
