Summit County Government is planning to replace the existing automatic transfer switch (ATS) associated with emergency generator power systems feeding EM circuits at their Emergency Services Facility. Owners have determined that the current ATS is obsolete requiring modernization of the current operating system components. The selected Contractor shall remove and replace the existing indoor 400amp 208V, 3PH, 4W, 3 pole, with solid neutral, UL Type 1, 300 series ASCO Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), associated with the facilities emergency generator components and downstream equipment, while maintaining seamless backup power for the buildings emergency power systems and relocate a new ASCO 7000, UL Type 3 (ATS), with bypass to the East side of the exterior of the facility. The awarded Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies and other incidentals necessary to provide a new, code compliant, and up to date operating (ATS) system that emulates existing paralleled functions.
