EXTERIOR WINDOW CASINGS 6 locations • Remove and dispose of selected window trim & caulking. • Inspect window trims for any rot that may be present. • Replace any rotted wood that may be present in the window trims. • Install new windows wood trims according to the manufacturer's specifications with approved fasteners. • Paint new window trim to match existing conditions. ROOF EAVES AND RAKES • Remove and dispose of existing gutters and downspouts, eave & rake fascia boards, eave & rake soffit panels, and damaged metal drip edges. • Inspect all blockings behind soffit and fascias for any rot that may be present. • Replace any rotted wood blocking as required. • Install new PVC fascias and rakes, fiber cement soffits, metal drip edges, gutters, downspouts, and additional accessories and hardware as needed. DOORS 1 exterior doors • Remove existing exterior storage door. • Dispose of existing entry door and hardware as needed to install a new door. • Inspect door rough openings for any rot that may be present • Repair and or replace any rotted wood that may be present. • Install new door according to MFR specifications with approved fasteners. • Paint door to match existing. GUTTER 1 location • Remove and dispose of existing gutter and downspout. • Install new gutter and downspout according to MFR specifications with approved fasteners. • Paint to match existing.
