Remove existing gutters and downspouts, eave & rake fascia boards, eave & rake soffit panels, damaged metal drip edges, and selective removal of window trim locations as indicated that show rotting. Remove existing exterior storage door scheduled to be replaced. All buildings will be occupied during construction. Take care to protect occupants from noise, dust, and debris. Maintain safe passage to work areas & maintain egress routes during construction. Provide temporary wayfinding signage as required to redirect occupants during demolition operations. Provide, erect, and maintain temporary lights, barriers, warning signs, and other items as required for the protection of workers engaged in demolition operations, the public, adjacent construction, and the occupants of the building.
