Westfield-Washington Schools (hereafter referred to as "the School") is soliciting proposals for the provision of mowing and trimming services for the 2025 season. The selected contractor(s) will provide these services for five elementary schools in the district: Maple Glen Elementary School, Carey Ridge Elementary School, Monon Trail Elementary School, Washington Woods Elementary School, and Oak Trace Elementary School. Weekly trimming around obstacles such as the buildings, trees, signage, and sidewalks. Occasional edging as needed around sidewalks, curbs, and parking areas. The mowing season will begin in early April (weather permitting) and continue through the end of October. Each area must be serviced weekly unless adverse weather conditions occur. Some mowing dates may be needed to move depending on testing and event schedules on occasion.
