The project shall generally consist of: 1. Obtain and pay for building and obstruction permits and fees as required for the scope of work. These permit fees will be reimbursable paid to the contractor by STA with no markup, refer to Section 002100 – Instruction Bidders -1.3b 2. All other permits are the responsibility of the contractor, refer to Section 007200.1 – General Conditions – 5.02 3. Perform and coordinate thorough public utility locates to complete the scope of work 4. Generate and submit a Submittal Register for review and approval by STA 5. Furnish, setup, and maintenance of approved traffic control 6. Demolition and grading per plans and specifications 7. Furnish and install bus stop sign posts per plans and specifications 8. Placement of concrete for roadway, sidewalks, and bus stops per plans and specifications 9. Installation of owner-furnished bus stop amenities including but not limited to HPT markers, light poles, leaning rails, and garbage/recycle bins per plans and specifications
