1. The VENDOR is responsible to confirm all measurements listed above. 2. All work to be completed between April 1, 2025, and May 17, 2025. 3. The VENDOR shall remove all dirt, gravel, sod, brush, and other debris a minimum of two (2) feet from pavement edges, as required to perform work. 4. The VENDOR shall remove existing precast concrete wheel stops. a. Wheel stops to be reinstalled once paving is complete. 5. The VENDOR shall reclaim existing asphalt roadway and parking lots in place to +/- eight (8) inches. 6. The VENDOR shall fine grade existing gravel base and remove minimal material. 7. The VENDOR shall prepare sitework for new asphalt work, as required to perform work. 8. The VENDOR shall furnish and install new one and one half (1.5) inch hot mix asphalt binder course. 9. The VENDOR shall apply tack layer. 10.The VENDOR shall furnish and install new one and one half (1.5) inch hot mix asphalt surface course. a. Preparation shall be made such that a smooth transition is obtained from newly paved areas to existing pavements.
