This Request for Proposal (RFP) is inviting authorized Avaya Business Partners to submit proposals for supplying remote monitoring and maintenance/upgrade/installation services and licensing for period of thirty-six (36) months, to support the College’s current telephone systems. The College requires all contracts to be “NET 60”. All respondents must be an Avaya authorized/certified business partner. The current contract for remote 24-hour monitoring services as well as Aura licenses and codelivery first level support with an Avaya Partner ends on October 31, 2025. We are asking certified Avaya partners to bid on remote monitoring and maintenance/upgrade/installation services and licensing to begin on November 1, 2025 and end on October 31, 2028 (36 months). Upon award of the remote monitoring and maintenance/upgrade/installation services and licensing, the College will process a change to the Partner of Record with Avaya so the winning Avaya partner will provide remote 24-hour monitoring services, be our first level of support for support calls through Avaya’s co-delivery model and provide maintenance/upgrade/installation services and licensing. The new maintenance provider must be prepared to begin active support as required at that time. The College anticipates that the Board of Trustees will approve the selected bidder at the August or September 2025 Board Meeting. Once the final contracts with the selected vendor are approved, purchase orders will be released. This provides one to two months of time for the winning vendor to prepare to support the College. The College is currently utilizing an Avaya Aura platform running in an on-premise virtual environment with traditional seats.
