Task 1 – Review and contribute technical insights to the Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP). The contractor will be required to review, understand, and contribute technical insights to the draft QAPP. The contractor will be required to sign the completed QAPP prior to data collection activities and adhere to the guidance therein. The QAPP may also need to be updated and/or revised during project implementation which will require input from the contractor. Task 1 Deliverables: Review and contribute technical insights to the draft QAPP. Sign the completed QAPP prior to data collection activities. Assist with QAPP updates and/or revisions, as needed. Develop data quality audit form to track data quality metrics, deviations, and corrective actions.
