Parcel 6 - MS-1) Business Sign, approximately 18 FT in height - One (1) double faced 8 FT x 18 FT lighted ID/gas price reads: (SHELL with gas prices) installed on two 8 IN x 8 IN square steel poles and associated concrete foundations. MS-2) Light standard, 6 IN x 6 IN, 40FT in height, light fixture, and 18 IN diameter concrete base/foundation. MS-3) Light standard, 6 IN x 6 IN, 40FT in height, light fixture, and 18 IN diameter concrete base/foundation. 2. Parcel 16 - MS-1) Business sign - One double faced 5 FT x 12 FT lighted ID street sign with paned embossed Lexan faces reads: (WAFFLE HOUSE) with red arrow, installed on two 6 IN round steel poles and associated concrete footing. MS-2) Highway sign – Eight double faced 4 FT x 4 FT lighted signs spelling out “WAFFLE HOUSE” over 2 rows, on steel frame, supported by telescoping monopole, and associated footing with two security lights fastened to monopole. 3. Parcel 19 - MS-1) Business Sign, approximately 20’ in height - One (1) double faced 6' x 6' lighted ID street sign with plastic faces reads: (VALVOLINE OIL CHANGE) with one (1) 4’ x 6’ lighter letter changer sign installed on two 6" x 6 “square steel poles and associated concrete base. MS-2) Directional sign – One (1) 21” x 35” double faced metal sign installed on 6” square pole and associated concrete footing.; and 4. Parcel 20 - MS-1) Remaining business signpost, 10” steel, and associated concrete footing after property owner removed sign MS-2) Three 6” steel bollards, rails, and associated footings
