The Town of Yarmouth (referred to as the “Owner”) is seeking sealed applications from registered and qualified firms with relevant experience to provide design services for the Yarmouth Senior Center Improvements Project. This project will be guided by the findings of the AXIAS Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and the Capital Plan Report, ensuring that all improvements align with the Town’s long-term vision and compliance with ADA/MAAB regulations. The Town of Yarmouth is focused on obtaining architectural and engineering design services to improve the Yarmouth Senior Center. The project includes: • The initial phase, for which funding is currently secured, will focus on restroom upgrades to ensure compliance with ADA/MAAB requirements, improve structural integrity, and enhance finishes. • Potential future phases may incorporate HVAC improvements, fire safety system upgrades, structural reinforcements, and overall facility modernization, contingent upon the approval of additional funding.
