1. At existing mechanical wall screen, remove existing paneling & sheathing from the steel framing. Remove all loose paint & rust down to bare metal. Apply rust inhibiting primer & paint; 2. Remove and dispose satellite dish; 3. Tear off existing roof system down to LWC deck. Repair deck as needed. Provide unit cost for repair at time of bid. Do not tear off north awning roof; 4. Remove and cap off penetrations that are no longer needed; 5. Remove and dispose of existing coping metal and edge metal. Replace wood nailers as needed. Provide unit cost for wood nailer replacement at time of bid; 6. At walls/curbs/penetrations, remove existing flashings. Raise curbs as needed for a minimum flashing height of 8”; 7. Mechanically fasten minimum 5/8” plywood sheathing to vertical face of parapet and inside walls/curbs where flashing will be adhered; 8. Install nailable base sheet to LWC deck; 9. Using high rise insulation adhesive, per winduplift calculations, install 3.5” base layer of ISO, 1/8” iso tapered insulation system, & .5” Densdeck prime coverboard; 10. At north awning, adhere .5” densdeck to existing roof with insulation adhesive per wind uplift calculations
