Qualified contractors shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, and services necessary to complete the following scope of work: 3.1 Flood Light Repositioning • Remove four (4) existing flood lights from each leg of the water tower • Install these lights at the top of each leg, positioned to illuminate the underside of the water tank • Replace any damaged mounting hardware or wiring as needed • Ensure proper waterproof connections and secure mounting 3.2 Existing Top Lighting Maintenance • Clean all lenses of the existing flood lights located on the top of the water tower structure • Reposition lights as needed to ensure optimal illumination • Replace any bulbs, lenses, or fixtures that are damaged or showing signs of deterioration • Verify and test all electrical connections 3.3 LED Strip Light Installation • Install four (4) 100-foot sections of commercial-grade, weatherproof LED strip lights • Each strip to be installed on one leg of the water tower • LED strips must be: o Rated for outdoor use with appropriate IP65 or higher rating o Capable of color changing with multiple color options o Energy efficient with minimum 50,000 hour lifespan o Resistant to UV damage, moisture, and temperature fluctuations • Install a robust color-changing controller system with programmable features • Program controller with seasonal display options and special event capabilities...
