The mission of the Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is to support the strategic business objectives of State Agencies; to create and sustain a secure and reliable information technology environment; and to ensure careful and responsible management of the State’s information technology resources. The State is looking to identify vendors that meet the State’s requirements in implementing Salesforce solutions for individual or multiple State Agencies. By leveraging Salesforce with vendor support, the State is anticipating improved service to constituents by automating business processes, providing prompt responses to tracking or delivering constituent needs, refining business operations based on access to insightful data, securing information within compliance of State and Federal regulations, and deploying rapid solutions throughout the State’s IT Environment.
