The project shall be for the complete update reappraisal of all taxable and exempt real estate within the corporate limits of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut, as of October 1, 2026, as described below. 1. All taxable real estate - land, buildings, and improvements. 2. All exempt real estate - land, buildings, and improvements. All work to be carried out in this project and all forms, materials, and supplies utilized in this project shall conform to and be executed in accordance with the requirements of the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the Connecticut General Statutes pertaining hereto, and shall be subject to the direct supervision and approval of the Assessor of the Town of East Hartford, Connecticut.
