A. Daily Overnight Requirements: 1. Empty interior waste receptacles and dispose of waste in nearby dumpsters provided by the city. 2. Maintain adequate supplies of toilet paper, paper seat covers, paper towels, deodorizers and liquid soap in restrooms. These supplies will be provided by the OWNER. 3. Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains, doorknobs and handles and door push plates. 4. Inspect all sidewalks and or dock areas within ten (10’) ft of the buildings. Collect and remove all trash and other discarded materials, including cigarette butts. 5. Mop or scrub restroom floors. Wash all surfaces of all plumbing fixtures with warm soap and water. Disinfect urinals, toilets and water closets. Damp wipe all dispensers, tiled and painted portions of toilet room walls, and stall dividers. Clean all mirrors. 6. Clean janitorial closets as necessary to maintain a neat, clean and sanitary condition. Closets and other storage areas limited to areas designated by the Port & Harbors Director. 7. Clean all entry doors. B. Daily Midday Requirements: 1. Empty interior waste receptacles and dispose of waste in nearby dumpsters provided by the city. 2. Maintain adequate supplies of toilet paper, paper seat covers, paper towels, deodorizers and liquid soap in restrooms. These supplies will be provided by the OWNER. 3. Damp wipe all dispensers, sinks and counter tops. Check all toilets, stalls and urinals and clean if soiled. Clean all mirrors. 4. Inspect all sidewalks and or dock areas within ten (10') ft of the buildings. Collect and remove all trash and other discarded materials, including cigarette butts.
