Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Contractor must assure that a sufficient number of responsible, well-equipped, certified Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) or higher will be on site for any service request. 2. Contractor must provide ambulance(s) on site upon request. 3. The Contractor should provide an accurate and complete invoice for each event individually and within twenty-four (24) hours of the conclusion of each event. 4. Contractor must be able to provide personnel twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week including holidays and within four (4) hours from initial request by SCC. SCC may, on occasion, request a specific person or persons to work a specific event 5. Contractor must be available to provide additional personnel or replacement personnel within one (1) hour of a request.
