*Refer to Corridor Crack Assessment report conducted and produced by ECS Southeast, LLC dated March 7, 2024.* Storm water currently ponds against the front side of the north building along the east wing. Storm water runoff flows east to west exacerbating the ponding. Additionally, there is evidence of significant erosion beneath the pedestrian bridge that connects the north and south buildings and is impacting the concrete footings of the bridge. The awarded vendor shall complete a comprehensive storm water study that will be used to develop a plan and design to mitigate existing storm water runoff and erosion issues. The awarded vendor will also be expected to participate in a consultative capacity related to storm water mitigation at the Hall County Jail when the design and construction phases are initiated. (This shall not preclude the awarded vendor of this IFB from bidding on the design or construction phases of the project.)
