The City of Watkinsville is requesting proposals from qualified vendors for the installation of approximately 1270 linear feet of 8-10 foot wide, ADA-compliant pedestrian and bicycle friendly, concrete sidewalk along 3rd Street and Mulberry Street ending at a new proposed Pedestrian Bridge on Tax Parcel W 09 004A. Work to include approximately 800 linear feet storm drainage pipe as part of the Simonton Bridge Road/Mulberry Pedestrian Connector Project. All work shall be to the Georgia Department of Transportation specifications and include the installation of ADA compliant handicap ramps where required along the route. Traffic control is to be provided by the contractor throughout the entire construction period.
